"My mother tongue is..." come si dice in italiano?
Ho vedeto "Sono madrelingua [francese]." Ci sono altri modi di dire la stessa cosa? Grazie!

Puoi dire:
1) Sono madrelingua francese
2) La mia lingua madre è il francese
Piccola correzione aggiuntiva:non si dice"ho vedeto", ma "ho visto"

Si può dire: "sono (di) madrelingua francese" oppure "la mia lingua madre è il francese"

Non sono italiano, però direi che tu l'hai detto bene, ma il participio che vuoi nella domanda è "visto" o "veduto"
