What's the difference between "fatigue" and "tiredness"? Can you give some examples to prove your point? Is it apropriate to say "I feel strong fatigue/tiredness"? Thanks in advance!

They have similar meaning. I would say that fatigued might be used to indicate you feel extreme tiredness (has more emphasis). As for your sentence, it would be natural to say "I feel fatigued" or "I feel extremely tired". You can change I feel to I'm feeling in both these sentences and it would still sound OK.
