"Keep in mind that", "also note that", "(if you) notice, here we have...", "over here, we have..."

Well, you can say "Beware of..." instead! In this case you mean that people should be cautious and attentive to a possible risk or danger. By the way, are you a flight attendant? Cheers all the way from Brazil!
