What is the meaning of "stay small"?
Does it mean to start doing something from the small factors or to remain the situation of being small? or both? Thanks~

In business, "stay small" means to focus on your core/initial customers.
Another use would be to say to a child, "stay small", which would mean "don't ever grow up/stay the same age".

"Stay for " is normally used in the business context : to remain small .
Start small and stay small is a good advice for new companies without much capital
