The sign was meant for Jim Carrey's character, since God had just helped him out. The sign was saying God be Good, Honey (thus confirming that God had just helped him out). I'm interested in knowing where you saw or heard this. It's not a common phrase where I come from. My guess is that it means healthy bees make healthy honey, (just like healthy cows make healthy milk, and healthy foods make healthy people...)
