Its usage depends on the country you are:
Estas enculado (Middle America)= You are madly in love (appearance meaning)
Estas enculado (South America)= You are Butt fucked, buggered.
No me des paja (Middle America)= Dont bother me
No me des paja (South America)= Dont lie to me

It is a vulgar phrase :P , is like to say "you're a fool in love , don't give me laziness " something like this .XD
