Which does "to promote the movie Minions" modify? Put up or deal? Until now, many people have seen Minions. Not the recent movie, but the village in England with the same name. Now it may be more difficult to find it than before, as the village has had to take down its sign because it worries about safety. The village put up a special sign in May as part of a deal with Universal Studios to promote the movie Minions.
