Was bedeutet "mit" in diesem Satz?
"Eltern die sich nach der Erziehungszeit bewerben, sollten die Zeit, in der sie zu Hause waren, mit in den Lebenslauf aufnehmen."

That would be "mit aufnehmen". "Aufnehmen" itself means to take on (depends on the context though). Mit aufnehmen would be like "take on also", meaning in this case "include (also)".
Mit in den Lebenslauf aufnehmen= Also include it in their CV
