I don't understand completely - what you wrote in English makes me think you want to know if Americans use GPS, but what you wrote in Chinese makes me think you want to know how much everyone outside of China uses GPS. I can't answer that second part, but I can say that yes, GPS is very popular in the US. Many young people use it on their smart phones.
