How to correctly use "mo" in this sentence?
How to use the particle "mo" in the sentence "Peter also has a part time job."
Are either of these answers correct?:
ピータさんはアルバイトもあります？
or
ピータさんもアルバイトがあります？

The second sentence means that Peter (as well as someone else) also has a part-time job. The first sentence is more like Peter also has a part time job (in addition to something else, such as being a student). So either could be correct, depending on which meaning you're thinking of.

Though Christine is right, "has" should be translated as 「(も/を)しています」
