I personally think it's a good name. Beware that English baby names change a lot all the time, so some names only suit certain generations. In my country it would be unusual to meet someone called Alicia who is 50 years old. But it would be normal to meet someone called Alicia who is a teenager or 25 years old. It might be different in other countries though.
