What's the different between "Gakusei" and "Seito" I'm just starting learning Japanese, and according the book, both meaning are "student". Please add examples in the explanation.

In case anyone reads this again... I had learned 'high school student' as 'koukousei'. Which is used normally for highschoolers?

"Gakusei" can be used for students of all ages. "Seito", however, is usually used for younger students of high school age or below.
