Hace mucho tiempo que no nos hemos visto (you can also say "hace mucho tiempo que no nos veiamos)
No nos hemos visto desde hace mucho tiempo.

Well, actually, if you say "nos hemos visto"  then "hemos" indicates a continual action, the continual action of seen each other, so, even when may be a common expression in some places, i don't think is the best one!
