What's the difference between 오르다, 올라가다, 올라오다 Please explain the difference between all of these verbs and how to use them with examples.

오르다: to reach the summit/position (omitting details); to take a high position; to raise; 그는 지난 10년간 수십개의 정상에 오른 경력이 있다. He has a history of getting to dozens of summits during past ten years. 그는 불과 30세라는 나이에 CEO 자리에 올랐다 He made it to the postion of the CEO at an age of just 30 최근 전기요금이 많이 올라서 짜증난다. I'm annoyed because the electricity rates rose much recently both 올라가다/올라오다 are about the hiking/climbing process itself with the only difference being: 올라가다: the "POV" being at home/bascamp, looking at the climber heading to the mountains. 올라오다: the "POV" being already at the summit, looking at the climber getting to the summit. 뒤에 남겨진 이들은 구조대가 산을 올라가는 것을 묵묵히 바라보았다. The ones left behind were looking silently at the rescue team climbing the mountains. 먼저 정상에 오른 대장은 나머지 대원들이 올라오는 것을 독려하였다. The captain who got to the summit first, encouraged other members climbing. Alternately, if the speaker is the climber, and is talking to the "observer": 올라가다: distancing away from the observer by climbing 올라오다: getting closer to the observer by climbing 올라오는데 대략 10분 걸렸습니다.
