Not 100% sure (I'm not a native speaker, so please correct me if I'm wrong), but I think:
Good boy / Good girl - いい子
Well done! - よくできました！ (may vary depending on the register you're using)

ごめんなさい。 I mistyped and it autocorrected to going. And my daughter was climbing over me so I didn't spot the mistake.
