I think this sentence come from a poem or a lyrics... anyway, if i can translate this sentence literally, it means "Even though I'm small and small, I want to go to your side", but it's a bit curious... Japanese "chiisai" means 'small' and is used in both physically and mentally. I guess this sentence means "Even though I'm not yet suitable person to you, i want to be close to you".
