선팔 = you follow him/her first 맞팔 = then he/she follow you 언팔 = unfollow 차단 = block if you follow him/her first, then he/she follow too and he/she will suggest advertising account to you and if you unfollow him/her, he/she will block you but i don't know what is advertising account in Instagram
