How to say this formally in korean? "I'm so proud of how far you've come, you always work so hard, and you deserve this so much."

"I'm so proud of how far you've come, you always work so hard, and you deserve this so much." => (*님*이) 여기까지 오신 게 너무 자랑스러워요. 항상 열심히 하신 것에 대한 당연한 보상이겠지요. (closer to the original, using 오다 for "come") => (*님*이) 이제껏 이루신 것들이 너무 자랑스럽네요. 부단한 노력에 대한 합당한 보상이겠지요. (treating "come" as 이루다 = have achieved) We would use more specific word for "you've come" if we know what exactly it's talking about. Also, you may substitute a better word (like "NAME 씨" or "NAME 님") for *님*, as it sounds too formal and literary.
