文書の前半（大好きだと言った返事が思ってたのとは違っても）の意味は「Even if your reply when i say i love you is different then i thought」を分かるんですが、文書の後半を分かりません。「なんて」を分かるのが困っていて「なれやしない意味は何ですか」とグーグルしてみて「意味は「なりたくてもなれない」です」と言うサイトを見つけましたけど、まだ混乱しています。助けてください。

"even if your reply when i say i love you is different than what i expected this can't make me hate you"

would be the translation.

「嫌いになんてなれない」

would be translated "i can't hate you" but it  would mean more like "if only i can hate you... i would but i can't"

「嫌いになんてなれない」

is said when the person wants to hate someone but he/she can't because he/she still have feelings for that someone.
