สวัสดีค่ะ ฉันชื่อ วุ้นเส้น(ค่ะ) ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักค่ะ
You normally add ค่ะ add the end of the sentence(and คะ at the end of a question) and after the word "สวัสดี".
Like "สวัสดีค่ะ สบายดีไหมคะ", "ฉันมาจากประเทศจีน(ค่ะ) ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักค่ะ".

สวัสดีค่ะ ฉันชื่อ วุ้นเส้น ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักค่ะ or you can say both.
 ดิฉัน usually use for writing (formal)
