How do I say 'to talk about something' in Chinese?
I'm trying to practice my Chinese speaking and want to introduce the topic by saying 'Now I'm going to talk about...' or just 'I'm going to talk about....'. Any help?

You can say 討論關於(taolun guanyu) - to discuss about 
Or 聊關於 (liao guanyu) - casually talk about 
We don't actually say 說 or 講 if you want to follow by 'about'.

You can say: 接下来，我想说.../下面，我想说..../现在我想说的是..../现在说说...../说到了.....
In my opinion, how to translate it in chinese  depends on the context and whether it is formal or not.
