En la siguiente oracion, diganme por favor porque es "einen"
En la oracion Ich habe einen roten Apfel. ¿porque es "einen" y no "eine"?

Porque está en acusativo. "Apfel" es una palabra masculina. Cuando las palabras masculinas están en posición de objeto directo, "der" se transforma en "den", "ein" cambia a "einen". Saludos.
