The last or the last one?
I'd like to know if this message is correct, but I have a doubt about the last part, I don't know if I have to write 'the last' or 'the last one' because I've done just one HW with that teacher, so what is the correct word to finishing my message...
'There is not any homework, even if there were something I don't think the teacher would review it because he didn't review the last / the last one'
Do I have to use the expression 'Last one' when there are more than one thing or situations?

In this situation, either would work. I, personally, would probably say "... the last one" but "the last" isn't wrong.

I think you have to use "the last one".
