'Me puedo quedárlo'?
If I want to say, 'can I keep it?', are the following options correct?
1. puedo quedarmelo?
2. me puedo quedarlo?
3. me lo puedo quedar?
Are they all correct? If so, which is the best?

You can use the 1 or the 3 question
This two are correct and you can use both without problem
1. ¿puedo quedármelo?
3. ¿me lo puedo quedar?
2. me puedo quedarlo? - This sentence is with bad structure

Tanto la 1 como la 3 son correctas. Puedes usar ambas, no hay ninguna mejor.
Además, ten en cuenta que "quedármelo" lleva tilde.
