Harry Potter! Excellent choice, but also very ambitious. I am reading it in Turkish but have an English copy nearby. Because I am not good enough, I often read the whole chapter in Turkish, then in English. Or other days vice versa. First in English so I know what it's about, and then in Turkish, and can concentrate on the language points.
