What does "gone for good" mean?
The sentence: Those that have gone have gone for good, those to come keep coming.
Does it mean "those that are meant to disappear have gone for its own cause"?

It means something like those that have left will not return. When you die you are 'gone for good'.

If someone is gone for good, that generally means they have left and are never coming back.
