Hi Egor! She's a friend of my sister's---is correct.

No idea why Nate was down voted, but saying "friend of my sister" is exactly the same as "friend of my sister's". Granted, my former example is more common these days, but "friend of my sister's" is still correct. (Nate, I'm with you on this~)
