whats the meaning of 'WTF'?
I saw some foreigners used WTF in their conversations. And I am just wondering what WTF is for?

An acronym for "what the fuck?". Other common ones are:
OMG = Oh my God!
LMAO = Laughing my ass off!
ROFL = Roll on floor laughing!
GTFO = Get the fuck out!
RTFM = Read the fucking manual!
LOL = Laughing out loud
BRB = Be right back
FFS = For fuck's sake
