C-duo
Is this a very awkward sentence?
"Studying knowledge needs thinking again and again." This is a slogan from an advertisement.
- study knowledge?
- needs thinking?

Hi C-duo,
This is a convoluted sentence indeed. We can study a subject but we cannot "study" knowledge. However, we can "acquire" or "gain" knowledge. "Acquire" means to gather something through a constant effort.
Moreover, "again" has the meaning of a repetitive action. Therefore, the repeated use of "again" is redundant.
Perhaps the slogan could be:
1) Knowledge is gained / acquired through consistent thought.
2) The gain / acquisition of knowledge is derived from consistent study and thought.
3) Consistent study and thought brings about knowledge.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Lance

Hello C-duo
I would say 'Learning knowledge needs/requires thinking again and again.'
Best wishes

That is not a great sentence at all.
You cannot study knowledge. You gain it, acquire it or develop it.
Thinking again and again is also not great. Consistent thought as Lance says is ok. I would go with continuous thought myself. I would rejig it all though go with something like:
Knowledge is gained by continuously thinking.

Hi C-Duo,
I agree with Lance, knowledge is something you would gain.
Depending on the application of the advertisement, consider something like:
Get knowledge through constant thought.
Maybe it helps,
