I know for sure that 'chotch' means an overdressed and overdone stupid guy flirting with women who are not interested in him. As for 'pulling down', it could stand for destroying something. So, the meaning of the phrase could be: "How do you like my haircut? I'm destroying / killing so many stupid things to flirt with women more comfortably. I'm so happy about that!" This is only my guess though. I wonder if I get it right or wrong.
