What is the meaning of iyilik sağlık?
Ne var ne yok? İyilik sağlık.
I presume it means I'm fine? But what is the literal meaning and how does it differ from iyiyim?

You know that to be healthy is being fine. so it means I am fine. İyiyim is formal/informal. iyilik sağlık is informal.
