Sì, però considerando la natura formale della frase io direi "apprezzo molto il Suo aiuto" - more formal and business-like. Dipende dal contesto.
In alternativa, puoi dire "grazie mille del tuo aiuto/per avermi aiutato" (casual) o "la ringrazio dell'aiuto" (formal).
