Hello,Sarah! I'm Akitaro from Japan. Originally,"狼顧"means foxy like a wolf looks backward carefully. And we also say "狼顧の相(roko no so)". That means the ability to rotate the neck 180 degrees behind. I hope this will help your understanding.
