"~(는)다고 난리이다"
난리 originally means a great social upheaval like a war or a revolution.
It is now used more in its figurative sense of a great commotion or bustle, like people fiercely competing or going after something. These days it seems overused and often just means "a fuss" of any kind. For example, 왜 시키지도 않은 일을 하고 난리야? Why are you making such a big fuss doing things no one asked you to?
가: 공항에 사람들이 많아서 너무 복잡하네 => The airport has so many people. It's a big crowd.
나: 휴가니까 너도 나도 여행 간다고 난리예요 => Yeah, everybody seems to be fighting their way to their destination on a vacation.
