- 밤샐 각 = 밤새다(stay up all night) + -ㄹ 각("angle" - recent slang for something very likely to happen) => likely to stay up all night.
- 받아도 받아도 좋은 것 = something you like no matter how many times you receive it. The -(아/어)도 verb ending means "even if" or "(nonetheless) despite something". Repeated twice, it's like "no matter how much".
- 뭐 없다더니 = I thought you said something's missing / you are out of something (뭐: something, 없다: not there, out of it; -더니: you said so and now what) - This is too vague without some contextual information.
- 신개념 = 신(new) + 개념(concept, meme) => new concept/meme.
- 잘 도와드림 = 잘 도와드리다 (help out, attend on/to someone) + -ㅁ (curt, noun-style ending for note taking, impersonal and other special context) => (We're/They're) at your/their assistance.
- 지방러는 옵니다 is probably a typo of 지방러는 웁니다 which is a somewhat known phrase.
- 지방러는 웁니다 = 지방(non-central, non-Seoul regions) + 러(slangy suffix adopted from English suffix "-er", as in "doer") + 는 웁니다(울다, cry) => non-Seoulites are crying/lamenting.
웁니다 is often a metaphor for crying out from suffering something bad. Korea has this weird situation of everything good or important is concentrated in and around Seoul, so that the rest of the country lags behind in comparison and is often regarded as second class. So if you're not based in Seoul, you're a 지방러 and have it bad because of that. It's a succinct way of saying people living far from Seoul are disadvantaged.
