I ate a piece of bread today somewhere, and I found the flavor is perfectly same as the bread I tasted in Italy.
Can I say :" it's as same as the bread I tasted in Italy ." ?

You could say, "It tastes the same as the one I had in Italy" or "It tastes the same as the bread I tasted in Italy." Both mean the same thing and would work!
