Simple Translation Question What is the most common used word(s) for cash in Spanish ? I've seen - el dinero en efectivo - and - el dinero en metalico - Thank you

I've never heard "dinero en metalico", It's understandable yet weird, mexican say "cambio" when referring to coins(monedas). But Efectivo is the word you go, when you want a translation for cash.
