So easy, indeed? Correct the following sentences, says my home task. So I did, but... seems too easy to be true. Did I miss anything? 1) It is not as bad as I thought it was. – It’s not so bad as I thought it would/could/might be. 2) I enjoyed it very much, specially as you were there, too. – I enjoyed it very much, especially as you were there, too.

the second correction is correct ! the first correction is not... we use the construction as........as to say two things are similar. "we are as old as each other" "he's as qualified as her" If one is not similar to the other we use NOT as......as..... eg "he is not as old as me" (he is younger) "they were not as drunk as him" (he was more drunk) hope this helps !

Hi, Alexandra, In "very" correct English grammar, "so" is used in negative comparisons as you did in number 1. That is a correct usage.
