心情舒畅 和 心情抒畅 一样吗？
我的书里有“心情抒畅" 但是词典里没有抒畅 只有舒畅。
用简单的汉语 或 English 请教给我。

抒 is a verb meaning to express a feeling.
舒 is an adjective meaning being relaxed.
Therefore 心情舒畅 is correct.

其实都可以用，第一个表示心情很好很快乐很痛快淋璃的感觉。
第二个代表看到好的东西或人或景想要表达对方的美好。
both can work but meaning different.
first .comfort and make heart freedom and release and feeling happiness.
second mean you like something and want to express it...
