Hair toner product Hi, In the usage instructions of a hair toner product I read the following: 'Apply to pre-shampooed hair and comb through' I am a bit confused here about the term 'pre-shampooed hair'. Does it mean a hair WASHED with shampoo or to the hair BEFORE it is washed with shampoo? Thank you in advance!
