I would probably say something like “Can I have a package sent to the hotel (before I get there)?” Here’s a translation of your example: Before going to the US, I’d like to buy something on Amazon and have it sent to the hotel where I’m going to stay. What is the best way to ask if the hotel accepts that kind of delivery?
