Niels gave you a good answer: Vi gir' (giver) / Vi vil gerne gi' (give) Even more colloquially (and somewhat figuratively), some people might say: "Den / det er på huset!", literally meaning that something is "on the house", but that would probably qualify as slang :) - also, in phrasing your question, "er der et udtryk som mener..." and "... mener på engelsk?", it actually should be "betyder" in both places instead of "mener". Other than that, very nicely phrased, so keep up the great effort!

Where I live in Jutland people usually say: Vi betaler / Lad os betale or even less formal: Vi gir' (giver) / Vi vil gerne gi' (give)
