good job and good work are used interchangeably- the examples used for one would also work for the other. The following examples might be more specific for each.
Good job- when a student answers correctly, when a student ties their shoes for the first time
Good work-when an assignment is done correctly, when a project turns out well, when a team does something well together
EDIT: The advice above is based solely on the phrases "Good Job!" and "Good work!"
As shown below, if these words are in the middle of longer sentences, they cannot be used interchangeably.
I have a good job (noun) not "I have a good work"
I go to work (location) not "I go to job"
That was good work (verb) not "That was good job."
I work with people (verb) not "I job with people."

I'm sure google will find lots of examples.
She has a good job (= she has a job with advantages such as high pay or interesting work)
not *she has a good work*
This (work product) is good work (=this is a high quality result)
This business report is good work.
This (line of work) is good work (to have) (= this line of work has advantages such as high pay or interesting work.
Plumbing is good work because it pays well.
She does a good job, she does good work (= she is a good worker, the quality of her work is good)
Thanks, you did a good job (on the report). (Usually, but not always, praise for a completed task).
Thanks, you did good work (this week). (Usually, but not always, praise for work during a period of time).
Thanks, you did a good job/you did good work. (Interchangeable for many people, praise for work done or for a completed task)
