汉语用“动词+完”表示完成。吃饭：“吃”是动词，“饭”是名词，所以说“吃完饭”。还有“上完课、买完东西、写完作业、做完工作、洗完澡”等等。 "Verb+完” means "finish doing somthing". "吃饭"： "吃” is a verb, "饭” is a noun. So we say "吃完饭”.
