How can I say " one of my friends " in german with using genetiv ?

You can say "ein Freund von mir", in english it would be "a friend of mine".

Einer meiner Freunde: wir benutzen (einer), weil "Freunde" im Singular maskulin ist. Mein(er) Genitiv plural.
Eine meiner Erfahrungen: eine weil Erfahrung feminin ist. (one of my experiences)
Eines meiner Hobbys: also Hobby ist neutral deswegen schreiben wir eines. (one of my hobbies)
Ein(er, e oder es) bezieht sich auf das Wort im Singular.
