When do seasons start in your country? In Russia winter starts on December 1st, spring starts on March 1st, Summer - June 1st, Autumn -September 1st

Hey Elena,
Indeed you use meteorological seasons and Chinese use astronomical seasons.
In France (and most of "western" countries, it is split such as:
Winter December 21st - March 20th
Spring March 21st - June 20th
Summer June 21st - September 20th
Autumn September 21st - December 20th
Those dates are based on Spring equinox (March 21st), Summer solstice (June 21st), Autumn equinox (September 21st) and Winter solstice (December 21st).
