I'm afraid they're neither natural nor correct.
You could say 'Desearía poder ayudarte, pero no puedo'. That would be correct and natural but very formal and not something you would hear in everyday speech (at least in Spain).
A couple of more informal and common options would be 'Ojalá pudiera ayudarte, pero no puedo', or 'Ojalá pudiera ayudarte, pero me es imposible'.
