Off board is not used. I read your comment above. You will hear “deboard” to leave a plane, often said by the cabin crew. It’s better to “exit” the plane.

I'm English and have just had to look up the word. On first viewing it seems to be an HR term for managing personnel. So it seems to be a verb. Is that what you're using it for?
