Sweat-shirt is from the english 'sweatshirt', more like a long and more robust T-shirt. Originally used for sports. 运动衫
A french pull or pull-over is a (knit) 'pullover' or 'sweater'. 套衫, 套头衫, 毛衣, 毛线衣
