The term walking marriage is rather strange way of describing one aspect of marriage and I’ve never heard of it out that way. Do you mean a marriage of convenience ? As if a couple married to benefit one of the partners to become legal in the country? The only marriage that works long term is one where both fall in love and stay together forever.

There is no such term as the walking or the walk-in marriage in English.
